Personal support: We provide 1:1 support for individuals in their home for up to 82 hours per week.
Supported living: 1:1 or shared support services for individuals at their own homes where they are the lease holders without family presence, hours range from 6 or more hours a day up to 24 hours.
Community living Group home: shared or 1:1 support for individuals in homes owned by I-Focused, typically 6 or more Hours a day up to 24hours.
Our direct support professionals (DSP) are trained in the core DDA training and beyond to help support the individuals we provide services to.
Employment services (Job development, follow along support, ongoing support: I-Focused supports the individual with services and resources in the community , we provide assistance with understanding how to network for job leads with the help of our experienced employment specialist , we help you develop resumes ,prepare you for interviews , build natural supports in jobs , travel train you , and ongoing job support etc.
Respite care: I-Focused provides Hourly respite care to enable primary care givers short- term relief, time to rest, travel or spend time with other family and friends, typically, this support can last anywhere from few hours to several weeks at a time in the individuals home or at I-Focused owned homes.
Transportation services: I-Focused provides transportation services to individuals supported within the community to help with community engagement and integration .
